The Exchange - Cape Town

The Exchange is a basically grafitti writers swapping sketches, doing each others letters, for more info checkout - http://thegraffitiexchange.blogspot.com/. When I saw and heard about the concept I got excited and thought it would be cool, if me and a couple of friends could do the same thing. I did letters for Stok and Smet. Had mad fun sketching these letters.

uMthwakazi

uMthwakazi is a african fusion band, that once again I havent heard, but luckily its a good friend of mines band, I know what he likes, I could imagine the sound, so to speak. The band loved it. Which I am stoked about. Try to create a Rolling Stone meets Drum Magazine vibe.

Okay, so I didnt post shit for a while now, thanks to a demanding 9-5 and my short term memory loss, so yeah, this was a project i did a while ago with an events company, they literally threw information at me the night before, low res pictures and I had know idea what these bands sound like, but yeah I like it.
